"How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard"
22 weeks, 154 days, 7 countries, 6 courses, ~100 parties and like 150 new friends!
Packing my belongings and clearing my room made me think what did I leave behind to Rouen. Nothing concrete but I hope I atleast left good memories. This last week has been super sad since everyone is leaving one by one and we have to say goodbye to each other. I took a little time to look back and remember the best moments of this experience, like...
pregaming in Ango (pissing off the cleaning lady with the mess),
countless times in Chester's Café (which still sucks if we're not all there),
the lessons every Thursday and Friday morning (I promise I was hangover in every Brand Management course, and the exam was the worse),
Vicomte, the music, mojitos and free shots (thanks Bryan!!)
Songs we listened to... (Bruno Mars, Maclemore, Lykke Li, Disclosure and many more)
French houseparties with Argentinian girls...
Semineige ski trip, Cologne Carnival, Eurotrip, Magaluf,
Suprising the french by the fact that I came to exchange and actually speak the language
Grumpy cat...
Lovely city of Rouen and all the others in Normandy...
Realizing that finnish is actually a great language since no one understands it
Cheap wine (I can't buy those crappy ones anymore in Finland)
Hanging out together with friends and laughing without worries
And the atmosphere in general I guess!
For most of us this is a final goodbye and I hope to see these friends in the future because they are my new international family. Everyone in Rouen have made this experience a little bit greater and I've met awesome people. Specially I will miss Maurane, Cynthia, Team Finland, Emily, my party girls: Sofia, Mery, Olivia & Delfi; Santi, Kurt, Dylan, Greg, Manjot, Alvaro, Nico and all the people I've met in Rouen Business School, french and exchange,
...and ofcourse the gorgeous french guys ;)
I couldn't have wished for anything more and this experience has given me more then I ever expected :)
6/6 I will never forget.
New travel plans: visiting friends in Argentina, US and France.
Wishing love and all the best for my lovely friends:
